Statement of Faith

JBI requires the following affirmations for all students:

The inspiration and inerrancy of the Bible.
Scripture alone is sufficient for faith and practice.
The incarnation and virgin birth.
The deity of Christ and the trinity.
Salvation is by faith alone, in Christ alone.
The future resurrection and second coming of Jesus.
Belong to a local church (Heb. 10:25; 13:17).

*Since JBI is interdenominational, we are not affiliated with any denomination, even though various denominational churches permit us to conduct classes at their facilities.

**Jesus Bible Institute admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.

Our Mission

Jesus Bible Institute is an evangelical interdenominational school serving New Jersey churches by teaching biblical studies that is centered on Jesus Christ. Rather than function as a degree-seeking institution, the aim of JBI is to offer biblical studies for Christians who simply desire to learn for their own edification. It is also for Christians who are church educators such as teachers, youth pastors, elders, and deacons. JBI provides a formal traditional classroom setting taught at a college level. In short, it is for all Christians who desire to benefit themselves and the people of God in their local church.
